Nourishing Avacado Mask

The Avacado Mask has been used by many women in South America and Mexico for their hair and skin. It has been used for thousands of years as a protective barrier from the sun. It contains Vitamin E, is a great exfoliant and is very nourishing. -Dawn Gallagher

Here's how to make a quick treatment:

1 average sized avacado, mashed
1 ripe banana, mashed
1 teaspoon honey

In a small bowl combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Apply to face with hands, brush or spatula. Relax, enjoy and leave on for about 15-20 minutes. Rinse with tepid water. Refrigerate any leftovers
